Ground Up Pottery

New site coming soon

Our new website is on the wheel

We’re reshaping the Ground Up Pottery site so it’s easier to find a piece you’ll love, see what’s fresh out of the kiln, and book a lesson in the studio.

Good pottery can’t be rushed, and neither can this. Thanks for bearing with us while we finish it.

Handmade pottery from Winston-Salem, NC

Every mug, bowl, plate and vase is thrown on the wheel by Stacey Swinson in her Winston-Salem, North Carolina studio, and many are finished with hand-carved petals. They’re made for everyday use, and most are dishwasher and microwave safe.

In the meantime

Have a question or want to book a wheel-throwing lesson? We’d love to hear from you at grounduppottery@gmail.com.
