Handmade carved black clay with a navy blue glaze a large enough handle to allow for a 4 (for most) finger handle that allows for a comfortable grip of your beverage of choice! A navy blue indigo glaze is indeed and 2/3's of the way down the outside of the mug. The outside is purposely left unglazed to expose the carved, cone 6 black clay. It holds a minimum of 12oz It is microwave and dishwasher safe. If you order multiples, please know, I will choose the best matches. All of these are handmade and one of a kind but there is some variance to each piece and that is what make them unique!
